The AWARD winning Santé Restaurant is located in the heart of Thredbo Village, and offers a truly memorable alpine dining experience.

The food, wine and welcoming service will quickly seduce you into forgetting about those aching muscles. The restaurant imparts a Mediterranean feel and sets off cuisines from North Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Dishes range from Tunisian Mussels, Spanish Braised Beef Cheeks Estafado, Slow Roasted Harrisa Marinated Chicken, Moroccan Marinated Roast Quail and many more lovely dishes. The restaurant has an extensive wine list to enjoy that includes a Sommeliers list and bin ends.

Enjoy Schnappy Time at the SANTÉ forecourt Schnapps and Oyster Bar. Reviving the traditional apres schnapps with true German Schnapps & Beers alongside succulent oysters. Schnappy Time 4-5.30pm daily during winter.

During Winter SANTÉ is open for dinner 7 days from 4.30pm until late.

Winter Early Bird Specials Order by 5.30pm and leave by 6.30pm and get a 10% discount !! Great for families with kids who want to dine early after a big day on the mountain.

During Summer SANTÉ is open for dinner Thursday-Sunday 6.00pm.

Santé also specialises in intimate weddings, functions and special events like the Thredbo Jazz and Thredbo Blues Festivals in May and January or the famous childrens' cancer charity Snowy Ride in November.
